Accessibility Statement

What we have done

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone; a “Skip to main content” link is the first Tab stop, and keyboard focus is always visible.
• Text and background colours meet the AA contrast ratio (at least 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and controls).
• Text can be enlarged to 200% and the page reflows without loss of content; pinch-to-zoom is never disabled.
• Pages use a proper heading structure and landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer), so screen-reader users can jump around.
• Every meaningful image has a text alternative; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
• Moving content can be paused: the testimonial carousel has a Pause button and also stops on hover or keyboard focus. If your device asks for reduced motion, the site shows no animation at all.
• The site has no flashing content, no time limits, and no audio that plays on its own.
• The site is built with standard HTML so it works with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), screen magnifiers and voice control.

How we checked

The site was checked in Safari, Chrome and Firefox on desktop and iPhone, with the VoiceOver screen reader, using the keyboard only, at 200% zoom and with "reduce motion" on, plus the axe automated checker.

Known limitations

The site is written in English; this statement is shown in Hebrew and English. The WunderKids iPhone app is made accessible separately, through iOS's own accessibility features. If anything on the site gets in your way, please tell us and we will fix it.

Service accessibility

WunderKids is an online-only service with no branches or walk-in premises. Customer support is by email; we usually reply within a day or two.

מה נעשה באתר

• כל דף ניתן לתפעול באמצעות מקלדת בלבד; קישור "דילוג לתוכן הראשי" הוא העצירה הראשונה במקש Tab, והפוקוס תמיד גלוי.
• צבעי הטקסט והרקע עומדים ביחס הניגודיות ברמה AA (לפחות 4.5:1 לטקסט רגיל, 3:1 לטקסט גדול ולפקדים).
• ניתן להגדיל את הטקסט עד 200% והדף מסתדר מחדש ללא אובדן תוכן; הגדלה בצביטה במכשירים ניידים אינה חסומה.
• הדפים בנויים במבנה כותרות תקין ובאזורי ניווט (כותרת, ניווט, תוכן ראשי, כותרת תחתונה) לניווט בקורא מסך.
• לכל תמונה משמעותית יש חלופה טקסטואלית; גרפיקה עיצובית מוסתרת מטכנולוגיות מסייעות.
• תוכן נע ניתן לעצירה: לקרוסלת ההמלצות יש כפתור השהיה והיא נעצרת גם בריחוף עכבר או בפוקוס מקלדת. אם המכשיר מוגדר להפחתת תנועה, האתר אינו מציג אנימציה כלל.
• באתר אין תוכן מהבהב, אין מגבלות זמן ואין שמע המתנגן מעצמו.
• האתר בנוי ב-HTML תקני ופועל עם קוראי מסך (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), תוכנות הגדלה ושליטה קולית.

איך בדקנו

האתר נבדק בדפדפנים Safari, Chrome ו-Firefox במחשב ובאייפון, עם קורא המסך VoiceOver, בניווט מקלדת בלבד, בהגדלה של 200% ובמצב "הפחתת תנועה", וכן בכלי הבדיקה האוטומטי axe.

מגבלות ידועות

האתר כתוב באנגלית; הצהרה זו מוצגת בעברית ובאנגלית. האפליקציה עצמה (WunderKids ל-iPhone) מונגשת בנפרד באמצעות כלי הנגישות של iOS. אם נתקלתם בקושי כלשהו באתר, נשמח לדעת ולתקן.
