1. Who this is for

WunderKids is a parental-management app. It must be set up by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old, using their own Apple ID. By using WunderKids you confirm you are that parent or guardian, or have the authority to manage the device in question.

2. What WunderKids does

WunderKids uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) technology to let you gate chosen apps on your child's iPhone behind a short learning challenge. WunderKids is an additional layer on top of Apple's own Screen Time controls — it does not replace or override any limits you've set directly in Apple's Screen Time settings.

3. Subscription & billing

WunderKids Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual), billed through your Apple ID, typically after a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. We don't provide refunds directly — refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

4. Acceptable use

Use WunderKids only for your own family. Don't attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app's Screen Time enforcement, or use it in a way that could harm another person or violate their rights.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

WunderKids is an educational and screen-time tool, not a substitute for professional educational, medical, or psychological advice. We don't guarantee specific learning outcomes or screen-time results, and we're not responsible for how a family chooses to use the app.

6. Availability

WunderKids relies on Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls APIs, which are outside our control. We aim for high reliability but can't guarantee the service will always be available or free of errors.

7. Termination

You may stop using WunderKids and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WunderKids and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
